This workshop aims to impart ways to engineer the right environment
for children to grow up in, ultimately helping to resolve difficulties that
teachers and parents often face in the process of educating the children.
Through a process of self-examination and evaluation of various methods, Lee
Chong Jian Lao Shi has gathered an arsenal of methods that seeks to empower
teachers and parents in guiding and teaching their children. His wide range of
experiences places him in an ideal position to share these tried and tested
methods to create a positive attitude in oneself, engineer a suitable learning
environment, as well as to bring out the positive characteristics of every child.

Writer and Parenting Expert ----- Lee Chong Jian
Lee Chong Jian is currently the President of Taiwan Youth Education
Association. He is also a key member of the Taipei Independent Learning Curriculum
Development Committee. An author of numerous best-selling books about
education, Lee is committed to promoting educating parents on good parenting
skills in Taiwan schools. Lee has been invited to speak at many education
forums in China, Hong Kong and Singapore. Lee is also a novelist who has
won numerous literary awards, including the China Times Prize for Literature
and the Ministry of Education Literary Award.
